Shipments and Returns

Our policy provides a 30 day deadline for returns.

If 30 days have passed from the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition you received it.

It must also be in its original packaging.

For return purposes, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. In some cases only partial refunds are granted.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing due to causes unrelated to our error cannot be accepted as a return.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be considered a return.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the item has been received.

We will also notify you when your refund request is approved or denied.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or unpaid refunds.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; It may take some time for the refund to be formally posted. Then contact your bank.

There is often a processing time involved when registering a refund.

Items on sale

Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, no refunds are possible for items on sale.

You change

We only replace items if defective or damaged.

If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at

technician@rdengineering.eu and send the item to the following address: Via de Andrè 42049 Sant'Ilario d'Enza RE Italy.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a voucher corresponding to the value of the return.

Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to you in person, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be made aware of the your return.

Shipping costs for returning the item will be your responsibility.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

Depending on the country you live in, the time it takes for your replacement product to be delivered may vary.

If you need to ship an item worth over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment.

We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Transport
We rely on specialized couriers and by purchasing through our e-commerce you have the possibility of receiving the product directly at home within the times and methods accepted during the order process.

Every order can be tracked for greater transparency and security.

Deliveries

Product prices are net of shipping costs.

RD Engineering Smart will organize the transport of the products to the address indicated by the Registered User.

The company delivers the Products purchased only in the authorized areas indicated in the order, compatibly with the accessibility of the place of delivery. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, the presence of the Registered User or his representative at the address indicated in the order is required for delivery.

The delivery service is guaranteed only for homes that can be reached with the vehicles supplied by the Company's suppliers (for example, homes that can only be reached via dirt or exclusively pedestrian roads are excluded).

Upon delivery of the goods, the User, or the person appointed by the latter, will be required to verify that the packaging is intact, not damaged or otherwise altered.

Any damage to the packaging and/or the Products must be immediately reported by the User, by placing a written control reservation on the Transporter's delivery document and specifying the reason for the reservation (for example, "Laundry packaging", "Tampered packaging" ). For any anomalies found on the Products, other than those due to the mere imperfection of the packaging, the User may however contact the Company by writing to:

technician@rd-engineering.eu or via the “Contact us” section specifying the anomaly and documenting it with photographic material.

RD Engineering Smart undertakes to execute the order in good faith and to fulfill, or ensure that they are fulfilled, with the utmost diligence all the obligations established herein in the spirit of solidarity and self-organization which characterizes and must characterize the entire the activities and services offered and used by Users through the Website.

RD Engineering Smart will not be responsible for any delays occurring during transport. Likewise, RD Engineering Smart cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, incorrect or non-delivery caused by events and/or causes of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, such as, but not limited to: natural disasters, adverse weather conditions (such as for example heavy snowfall), any strikes (of its own or other employees), accidents to means of transport, explosions or any other cause, similar or different, which occurred outside the control of the Company and not attributable to it, even if pre-existing, which prevents or aggravates the total or partial execution of the contract.

Delivery failure
The Registered User acknowledges and accepts that in the event of impossibility of delivery of the Products due to his (or the person in charge) not being present at the time of delivery on the agreed day, the Products purchased will not be canceled from the order and the related amount will not be credited back to the User.

The delivery will however be made twice and with notification before the product is returned to the company.

Shipment processing times

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after placing your order.

Please note that during high volume periods, processing time may take longer than usual.

Shipping methods and delivery times

Standard National Shipping: 4 to 5 working days | €6

National express shipping: 1 to 2 working days | €12

Express international shipping: 3 to 4 working days | €22

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the courier's website.
